Punxsutawney Office
Tuesdae R. Stainbrook, DO, MPH
Dr. Tuesdae Stainbrook is board certified in infectious diseases, internal medicine, and wound care & hyperbaric medicine. Dr. Stainbrook is dedicated to the health and well being of her patients. She did an accelerated Internal Medicine residency at Doctors Hospital in Columbus, OH. She completed an Infectious Disease fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh, PA. Dr. Stainbrook obtained her Masters of Public Health from the University of Pittsburgh while also completing her ID fellowship.
She has been practicing in DuBois, PA since 2003 where she lives with her husband, Dr. Matthew Stainbrook, Nephrologist and their three children.
Tuesdae Stainbrook is a member of American Osteopathic Association, Infectious Disease Society of America, Pennsylvania Osteopathic Medical Association, American Academy of Wound Management, and the American Academy of HIV Medicine.
She has been practicing in DuBois, PA since 2003 where she lives with her husband, Dr. Matthew Stainbrook, Nephrologist and their three children.

Dr. Bradley Magill
Board certified in Podiatry.
Dr. Magill is a Podiatrist (foot specialist) in both our Punxsutawney and DuBois offices. Dr. Magill graduated from Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine (now Kent State) in 1988 and has been in practice for more than 30 years.

Kelsey Elliott, PA-C
Kelsey has been a TruCare employee since 2016 as a certified Physician Assistant. She is a graduate of the University of Johnstown with a bachelor’s degree in biology and a graduate of Lock Haven University with a master’s degree in health science. She is certified in Sexually Transmitted Diseases.
Amy Powell, PA-C
Amy began with TruCare in February of 2019 as a certified Physician Assistant. She is a 2015 graduate of St. Francis University with a bachelor’s degree in health sciences and a master’s degree in physician assistant sciences. She is certified in Sexually Transmitted Diseases.
Jennifer McAllister, CRNP
Jennifer joined the TruCare staff as a nurse practitioner in the fall of 2020. She is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a bachelor’s degree in nursing and obtained her Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlin University. Jennifer brings with her 25 years of experience in the nursing field.
Kathryn Bizzak, CRNP
Kathryn joined the TruCare staff as a nurse practitioner in the winter of 2023. She is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor’s degree in nursing. She obtained her Master of Science in nursing from Clarion University in 2020. Kathryn brings 8 years of experience in the nursing field.
Jeanne Anderson, Office Assistant
Jeanne joined TruCare in January 2022. She has worked in medical offices for 40 years.
Amber Breth
Amber began working at TruCare in 2019. She is currently an office assistant with experience in customer service.
Tiffany Breth
Tiffany has worked with Dr. Stainbrook since 2010 and is the practice biller/coder. Tiffany has many skills including knowledge of insurances, credentialing, and customer service.
Ashley Deitman, RN
Ashley began with TruCare in 2019 and is a nurse in the Infusion Center located in the DuBois office. Ashley began her career as a registered nurse in 2016 and has a background in critical care.
Kathy Lemmon, RN
Ashlee Lewis, MA
Ashlee joined the TruCare team in 2022. She has 12 years of nursing experience and a fun personality that always brings excitement to the TruCare office.
Brenda Lingenfelter, Office Assistant
Brenda has been an employee of TruCare since 2015 and brings with her 20 years of medical office experience.
Jeane McFadden
Jeane joined the TruCare team in 2020 as an office assistant. She is now part of the TruCare outreach and marketing team. Jeane has experience in graphic design and social media marketing.
Alison Newara, RN
Alison began her career with Dr. Stainbrook at the wound center. She joined TruCare in 2021. Alison is a certified wound and hyperbaric nurse. She works closely with Jennifer McAllister, CRNP providing wound care services to residents of local long term care facilities.
Donna Primm
Donna is an office assistant in the Punxsutawney office, and began working with Dr. Magill in 2017.
Trulee Stainbrook
Trulee joined the TruCare team in 2018 as an office / medical assistant. She is currently on hiatus due to attending Penn State Behrend majoring in biology with the hopes of joining TruCare as a physician in the future.
Susy Straub, R.N.
Susy began her career with Dr. Stainbrook at the wound center. She became an employee of TruCare in 2019 and specializes in wound care. Susy works closely with Dr. Magill, and has over 30 years of nursing experience.

Carol Woodel, LPN
Carol has worked with Dr. Stainbrook since 2003, and offers years of infectious disease nursing experience. Currently Carol manages the clinical studies, including Hepatitis C, C-Diff and Lyme, as well as our confidential walk-in STI clinic. Carol also assists with daily nursing operations.
